Polymeric resins as the nano-sized particles, i.e., nano-ion-exchangers, are the unusual objects - both hyper-charged ions and the ion exchangers, forming stable aqueous suspensions. The paper deals with the theoretical and practical study of the properties of nano-exchangers and methods for their preparation. Selected examples of such objects and the prospects of their application in analytical chemistry and medicine are presented. The results are given for dynamic experiments in course of which the sorption of nanoexchangers and the ions of related solutions are carried out, and the standard state nano-suspensions are created. The feature of kinetics on nano-sized resins is the extremely fast mass-transfer, which allows carrying out the process of the solid-state exchange of counter ions between the exchanging phases of same polarity.
