The use of hardware-software complex for the quantitative determination of cations lysine,
potassium, sodium and magnesium in aqueous solutions and in samples of therapeutic «Mineral salt with low
content of sodium chloride» were demonstrated. Developed original computer software for automation
chronopotentiometric measurement of responses array sensors and multivariate calibration of sensors in
aqueous solutions was used. Drift response sensors after the establishment of the quasiequilibrium does not
exceed 7 mV/hour. The limit of detection of cations in the mixed aqueous solution was 2,1·10-6 М. The
relative error of measurement was not more 10 %
