Abstract

Chemical and phase composition of the clay investigated give opportunities to anticipate its high
sorption ability towards heavy metals ions. The clay granulating and convert into H–form was performed and
the pore structure parameters of the granulated sorbent were determined. Ni2+–ions sorption from nitrate
solutions was investigated within wide concentration and solid/liquid ratio intervals.
