The influence of the concentration of zirconium oxide (IV) in gradient modified perfluorinated
sulfonated cation-exchange membranes Nafion and MF-4SC on sensitivity of the PD-sensors to cations and
anions in alkaline solutions of glycine, α-, β-alanine and leucine was investigated. The increase of sensitivity
of PD-sensors to amino acids anions conditioned by increase of the electrochemical potential difference of
anions between the external solution and membrane pores, containing nanoparticle of dopant. Samples of the
membranes which provide the highest sensitivity of the PD-sensors to anions of Gly-, α-Ala-, β-Ala- and Leuat
pH> 7 were chosen.
