Abstract

Gravimetric piezoelectric quartz immunosensor for the determination of C - reactive protein
(CRP) in liquid environments are developed. The conditions of the formation of a immunoaffinity coating
on the surface of the gold electrode sensor based on calix[6]arene and antibodies to C-reactive protein are
studied. The possibility of using gold nanoparticles to enhance the analytical signal of the sensor is
shown. Established, that the preliminary conjugation of gold nanoparticles with antibodies to CRP
contributes to lower detection limit CRP 0.02 to 0.006 microgram/ml.
