The simultaneous quantitative determination of amino acid ionic forms and products of
decomposition of cysteine is necessary for optimization of allocation of cysteine from multiionic
solutions. Results of the study of cross-sensitivity of PD-sensor based on membranes perfluorinated
sulfocation-exchange membranes containing of oxide zirconia (IV) are presented. It is assumed that
sensitivity of PD-sensors to inorganic ions and large organic ions depends on the hydrophilic channel size
in membrane pores containing dopant. Membranes with optimum characteristics for simultaneous
quantitative determination of K+, NH4+, CH3COСОO- and HS- ions in alkaline solutions are chosen. The
relative error and reproducibility of determination of components concentration in multiionic solutions
did not exceed 12% and 0,075 respectively.
