Component composition of the essential oil of Artemisia Sieversiana from Krasnoyarsk region and of its individual fractions

Abstract

By the method of Chromato-Mass-Spectrometry (CMS) we found 58 components in the essential
oil of Artemisia Sieversiana, among which 53 components were identified, the percentage of which was
more than 0,1% of whole oil. The main components of the obtained oil are 1,8-cineol (27,67 %), α-
dehydro-ar-himachalene (9,02%), α-pinene (8,58%), β-myrcene (7,44%). However, content of
chamazulene was low (1,25%).
