Abstract

The mathematical theory for finding the optimal elution in ion chromatography, based on the
generalization of the concept of "dynamic map of the chromatographic system" was developed. Based on
the theory we have developed an algorithm for optimization, realized as a computer program. Numerical
model of the chromatogram is calculated before and after optimization
