Abstract

The adsorption of various etoxylated surfactants on the disperse γ-Fe2O3 from organic media was
studied. It was established the relation between the modify effect of surfactants, chemical structure of
their functional groups, quantity of etoxylated groups and a branching of surfactant hydrocarbon chains.
The correlation between surfactant properties and magnetic characteristics of γ-Fe2O3 polymeric
suspension was investigated.
