performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) was developed.
Electrospray (ESI) and chemical ionization at atmospheric pressure (APCI) were simultaneously used in the
ion source. The detection was performed by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in positive ionization
mode. Sample preparation was performed by plasma protein precipitation with acetonitrile. Calculations in
quantitative determination were carried out by external calibration. Calibration curves were linear in the
concentration range of 10-5000 ng/ml. The developed method may be used for the diagnosis of acute
poisoning by antihypertensive drugs.
