Abstract

As a detector in flow-injection analysis can be used piezoelectric sensor, but one of the problems
limiting the application of the method is the provision of selective and sensitive detection of the designated
compounds. In this regard, the use of the detectors of modified molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) of
piezoelectric sensor, allows to increase the selectivity of the determination. The paper suggests ways of
determining valine and oleic acid flow-injection method with the use of piezosensors, modified polymers
with molecular imprints. Experimentally established limit of detection valine amounted to 10-3 g/dm3 , oleic acid of 0.14 g/dm3
. The imprinting factor for the sensor, the modified MIP-Val IF = 3.2, for the sensor, the
modified MIP-Oleic IF = 4.6. The use of piezosensors, modified polymers with molecular imprints show the
selective flow-injection determinations. Piezoelectric sensor based on MIP-Val as the detector allows to
determine the content of valine in binary mixtures with oleic acid.
