Аннотация
Проанализировано легальное определение понятия дистанционной работы. Изучены особенности правового регулирования труда дистанционных работников и сформулированы предложения по его совершенствованию. Особое внимание уделено проблемам правового регулирования рабочего времени и времени отдыха, работодательского контроля, охраны труда и прекращения трудовых отношений по дополнительным основаниям.
