Альтернативные элементы электронного правосудия
Аннотация
На основе международного опыта рассматриваются рамки применения на практике элементов электронного правосудия, вытекающих из создания условий для доступа суда во время судебного заседания к государственным и частным базам, которые имеют большой потенциал для объективного рассмотрения конкретного судебного спора.
