О юридической педагогике в высшей школе: вопросы теории и практики

Аннотация
Публикация посвящена юридической педагогике как междисциплинарной области научного знания. Предложено авторское понимание юридической педагогики. Сделан вывод о том, что многие нормативные предписания современного российского права сформулированы на основе педагогических разработок. Уделено внимание некоторым актуальным темам современной юридической педагогики в классическом университете на основе сведений о деятельности юридического факультета Воронежского государственного университета на протяжении последних лет.
