Механически заимствованные западные правовые конструкции и ценности как фактор усиления юридической аномии

Аннотация
Анализируются проблемы механического заимствования конструкций и ценностей из западных правовых систем, которые не согласуются с отечественными правовыми традициями и менталитетом. Делается вывод, согласно которому подобное приводит к тому, что они не воспринимаются большей частью населения как присущие именно ему конструкции и ценности, как естественно-адекватные его правовой культуре, как национально выверенные правила поведения, что с неизбежностью ведет к усилению юридической аномии.
