Abstract

предупреждение преступностиThe article deals with the problems of development and practical implementation of a system of general social measures for the prevention of crime of persons with mental disorders, as aimed at preventing socially dangerous acts of this category of persons of a complex of interrelated socially significant decisions and actions in the field of economics, health care, education and other areas that indirectly affect the reduction behavioral deviations of mentally ill citizens. An analysis is being made of international standards and domestic strategies in the field of mental health and improving the quality of mental health care, as an essential component of the prevention of deviant behavior. The main directions of the general social prevention of crime of persons with mental disorders and the fundamental principles of such prevention are formulated.
