Удовлетворение требований кредиторов в законодательстве о банкротстве Великобритании
Аннотация
Анализируются особенности регулирования банкротного законодательства Великобритании с точки зрения определения очередностей удовлетворения требований кредиторов. Рассматриваются особенности приоритетных, суперприоритетных кредиторов, а также залоговых кредиторов при банкротстве залогодателя. Уделено отдельное внимание институту плавающего обеспечения (floating charge). Делается вывод о сомнительности имплементации регулирования подобного типа обеспечения в российское законодательство о банкротстве.
