Аннотация
Статья посвящена анализу современных подходов к сущности местного самоуправления, его принципам, их видам и содержанию, соотношению с принципами единой системы публичной власти в связи с конституционной реформой 2020 г. и предстоящей реформой законодательства о местном самоуправлении.
