Зарубежный опыт применения искусственного интеллекта в судебной системе
Аннотация
В последнее десятилетие технологии искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) получают все большее распространение. Положительные эффекты их применения трудно недооценить – оптимизация рабочих процессов, повышение эффективности труда, экономия времени и простота использования. Сегодня мы можем наблюдать, как все большее количество программ на базе ИИ берется на вооружение судебными системами различных стран мира. В России применение ИИ в судебной системе находится на начальном этапе. В связи с этим авторы статьи провели обзор зарубежного опыта применения ИИ в судебной системе и пришли к выводу, что технологии ИИ имеют значительный потенциал в качестве инструмента в системе правосудия, однако при внедрении технологий на базе ИИ необходимо учитывать ряд этических моментов и правовых рисков.
