The concept of professional labor standards and their application in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issue of labor law – the process of development and approval of professional labor standards in the Russian Federation. Despite the fact that the decision to maintain professional labor standards was made a long time ago, there are still no professional standards for many employee positions. The article deals with issues related to the concept of a professional standard, its content, application features, as well as the main reasons complicating the formation of a system of professional standardization in the Russian Federation at the present time.
