Понятие экспертизы в сфере государственного управления
Аннотация
Отражены результаты системного анализа нормативных правовых актов, закрепляющих понятия экспертиз, организация и проведение которых возложены на органы исполнительной власти. Обозначена проблема отсутствия унификации юридической терминологии по данному вопросу. Обзор научной литературы и собственные выводы автора позволили сформулировать основу построения понятия «экспертиза в сфере государственного управления».
