The concept of expertise in the public administration sphere

Abstract

The article reflects the results of a systematic analysis of the normative legal acts that enshrine the concept of expertise, the organization and conduct of which is entrusted to the bodies of executive power. The problem of lack of unification of legal terminology on this issue is outlined. Review of the scientific literature and the author's own conclusions allowed to formulate the basis for the construction of the concept of «expertise in the sphere of public administration».
