Optimization of administrative and legal regulation in order to ensure the viability of legal entities in modern Russia

The article examines conceptual changes in approaches to determining the rules for bringing legal entities to administrative liability. The novelties of administrative legislation regarding the establishment of sanctions for legal entities are analyzed. The President's instructions are considered as a legal instrument for rapid response to the changing conditions of Russian reality in the context of new threats and challenges facing the Russian Federation, and incentives for the rapid updating of administrative legislation.
