Конституционная юстиция в условиях евразийской экономической интеграции (на основе правовых позиций конституционного суда Российской Федерации)

Аннотация
Анализируются вопросы, связанные с возможностью и пределами осуществления судебного конституционного контроля в отношении правовых актов ЕАЭС. Опираясь на положения Конституции Российской Федерации, автор делает вывод, что такие акты не могут быть полностью выведены из орбиты конституционного правосудия при условии признания за ними автономного значения в правовом обеспечении евразийской экономической интеграции.
