Аннотация

Анализируются нормы Федерального закона «О прокуратуре Российской Федерации», относящиеся к вопросам регулирования государственной службы прокурорских работников в органах прокуратуры. Исследуются вопросы правового статуса прокурорских работников, правовая природа отношений прокурорских работников с органами прокуратуры в период прохождения государственной службы, проблемы толкования отдельных норм закона. Сформулированы выводы о необходимости дальнейшей модернизации Федерального закона «О прокуратуре Российской Федерации» в части, относящейся к регулированию государственной службы прокурорских работников, а также о целесообразности принятия специального закона о прокурорской службе.
