Abstract

The article analyzes the administrative rulemaking of the subjects of the Russian Federation during the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The author of the study draws attention to errors and deficiencies in legal technique, which are present in the legal acts of public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as the need to accurately determine the grounds and limits of possible restrictions on the rights and freedoms of citizens in emergency situations.
