Аннотация
Приводится анализ административного нормотворчества субъектов Российской Федерации в период пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19). Автор исследования обращает внимание на ошибки и недочеты в юридической технике, которые присутствуют в правовых актах органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, а также на необходимость точного определения оснований и пределов возможных ограничений прав и свобод граждан в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций.
