Аннотация
На основе системного анализа юридической доктрины и практики исследуются особенные характеристики решений Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации, а также выявляется сущность правовых позиций Суда в качестве содержательных частей решений, несущих на себе их основную аргументационное-методологическую нагрузку. Автор приходит к выводу, что правовые позиции Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации обладают особыми, по сути нормативными, свойствами и оказывают действенное влияние на российскую правовую систему.
