Особенности современной правовой природы конституционных принципов государственной службы

Аннотация
Рассматриваются конституционные принципы государственной службы, анализируются правовые позиции высших судов относительно таких законодательных установлений и их применения в регулировании государственно-служебных отношений. Сделан вывод о необходимости закрепления системы принципов российской государственной службы в посвященной данному правовому институту отдельной главе Конституции Российской Федерации.
