Features of the modern legal nature of the constitutional principles of public service

Abstract

Constitutional principles of public service are considered, the legal positions of the highest courts regarding such legislative provisions and their application in regulating public service relations are analyzed. The conclusion was made about the need to consolidate a system of principles of the Russian public service in the separate chapter of the Constitution of the Russian Federation dedicated to this legal institution.
