Об особенностях конституционно-правовых отношений с участием государства: научное наследие профессора В. С. Основина и современное состояние проблемы
Аннотация
Показан вклад в развитие теории конституционно-правовых (государственно-правовых) отношений профессора Виктора Степановича Основина. Главным объектом исследования являются особенности конституционно-правовых отношений с участием государства: определено, каким образом, в «каком обличии» российское государство участвует в конституционно-правовых отношениях различной степени определенности, выявлена специфика субъектов, объектов и содержания этих правоотношений. Уделено внимание и практическим проблемам, возникающим в процессе реализации конституционно-правового статуса российского государства, также сформулированы некоторые предложения, направленные на их решение.
