Аннотация
статья написана в дань памяти видному ученому в области государственного права профессору Виктору Степановичу Основину в связи со 100-летием со дня его рождения в 2024 г. Представлены научные взгляды В. С. Основина по проблемам высшего юридического образования, изложенные в публикациях разных лет на протяжении его работы на юридическом факультете Воронежского государственного университета.
