Государство в экономике: теоретико-правовое обоснование

Аннотация
Определены место и роль государства (государственных механизмов) в современной экономике; охарактеризована экономическая природа государства; предложено правовое обоснование государства в экономике и специфика присутствия государства в цифровой и интеграционной экономике; выявлено соотношение различных статусов государства в современной экономике. Проведен анализ существующих подходов к месту государства в экономических отношениях. Множественность этих подходов получила отражение в концепциях социальной экономики, конституциональной экономики, экономики социальной солидарности, в методе государственно-частного партнерства и др. Сделан вывод об усилении государственного регулирования экономики в современных условиях, призванного обеспечить базовые права и свободы граждан и организаций, выделены особенности подобного регулирования в условиях современных вызовов и угроз.
