Аннотация

Проанализирован опыт Индии по выстраиванию механизмов повышения доступности правосудия, направленных на экономию средств, как со стороны государства, так и со стороны лиц, обращающихся за судебной защитой, а также снижения роли человеческого фактора и бюрократизации в судебном процессе. Предложены пути повышения доступности судебных инстанций к населению без внесения структурных изменений в судоустройство. В частности, использование системы видеоконференцсвязи при рассмотрении судебных дел не только между государственными судами, без ограничений к месту нахождения точки подключения к данной, в том числе с возможностью подключиться, находясь за рубежом. Приведены примеры возможного использования положительного опыта внедрения электронного взаимодействия.
