Досудебный порядок разрешения служебных споров: основные проблемы и главные направления совершенствования служебного законодательства

Аннотация
Анализируется досудебный порядок рассмотрения служебных споров применительно ко всем видам государственной службы. Высказываются предложения о совершенствовании формирования и функционирования комиссий по служебным спорам на государственной гражданской службе. Сформулированы выводы о возможностях модернизации досудебного порядка обжалования руководителей служащих других видов государственной службы.
