Формирование института административного обжалования в России

Аннотация
Проведен исторический анализ этапов становления и законодательного закрепления института административного обжалования в России в широкий исторический промежуток с XV по XX в., а также анализ различных аспектов и особенностей развития института административного обжалования в историческом контексте. Рассмотрено процессуальное сходство административного обжалования и судебного процесса, а также процесс становления административной юстиции.
