Тенденции и перспективы решения криминалистических задач с использованием высоких технологий
Аннотация
Отечественная криминалистика переживает очередной этап своего поступательного развития, сосредоточившись на создании разнообразных криминалистических технологий, соответствующих цифровым и познавательным установкам вектора общественного развития. Оптимальным вариантом научного обеспечения их применения при производстве по уголовным делам может стать частная криминалистическая теория высоких технологий, способная осовременить профессиональное мышление российских криминалистов и упростить анализ криминалистической реальности. Исходя из такого посыла, на основе форм и направлений развития криминалистического знания в статье рассмотрены организационные сложности и потенциальные возможности использования инновационных технологий в производстве по уголовным делам. Автор обосновывает необходимость расширения методологической основы отечественной криминалистики и разработки на этом фоне теоретических положений, обогащающих ее предмет новым содержанием в соответствии с логико-методологическими принципами и законами диалектики. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам интеграции криминалистических знаний с данными естественных и технических наук. Выделены основные черты данной концепции и обоснована необходимость ее дальнейшего развития в рамках частной криминалистической теории высоких технологий.
