Аннотация
Исследуются проблемы понимания юридических коллизий (нормативных конфликтов), анализируются методологические и доктринальные подходы к их осмыслению, обосновывается идея о конструктивной природе коллизий в правопорядке, способной получать различные формы официального признания и нейтрализации.
