Административное приостановление деятельности как вид административного наказания и его особенности: новый взгляд
Аннотация
Рассматриваются особенности административного приостановления деятельности как вида административного наказания. В целях раскрытия указанных особенностей автором используется метод SWOT-анализа. Кроме того, предлагается авторское понятие «административное приостановление деятельности».
