К 130-летию со дня рождения М. С. Строговича: реализация идей ученого о состязательности уголовного процесса в уголовно-процессуальном кодексе Российской Федерации
Аннотация
Представлена позиция известного ученого-процессуалиста М. С. Строговича о состязательности уголовного судопроизводства как таком его построении, где сторонам обвинения и защиты созданы условия для отстаивания своих законных интересов на всех стадиях. Делается вывод о том, что именно такой подход к пониманию состязательности разделяется многими современными теоретиками и реализован в законодательстве.
