Правовые гарантии информационных прав в Российской Федерации

Аннотация
Рассматриваются вопросы правового регулирования обеспечения гарантий информационных прав граждан в условиях цифровизации общества. На основе понимания информационных прав как неотъемлемой части фундаментальных прав человека анализируется с теоретической и практической точки зрения понимание феномена «цензура». Высказывается мнение по поводу использования в законодательстве Российской Федерации двух терминов, обозначающих цензуру: «позитивная цензура» и «незаконная цензура». Акцентируется внимание на вопросе нарушения информационных прав граждан в сфере потребительского рынка, а также в области оказания рекламных услуг.
