«Ревитализация» идей процессуального сотрудничества – тренд современного гражданского процессуального права в России и за рубежом

Аннотация
Текущее состояние научного дискурса в сфере гражданского процессуального права свидетельствует о всё большем обращении к ценностным категориям и ориентирам, определяющим смысл и содержание процессуальной политики и системы судопроизводства. Идеи процессуального сотрудничества, хорошо знакомые процессуалистам второй половины XIX – первой половины XX в., получают «новую жизнь» в работах современных исследователей. Такие идеи, положенные в основу судебного процесса по гражданским делам, находящиеся в системной связи с востребованным сегодня мирным урегулированием споров, могут задать ценностно-ориентированный вектор развития процессуальной системы и произвести ее калибровку в целях достижения социального блага.
