Аннотация
The role and significance of the Administrative Regulations in the legal mechanism for regulating hired labor are examined. The idea of administrative regulations as a source of labor law is substantiated. Рассматривается роль организационных, процедурных и процессуальных правовых процедур, с помощью которых реализуются правовые положения, предусмотренные административным регламентом.
