О формировании теоретических основ государственной гражданской службы в Российской Федерации

Аннотация
Рассматриваются теоретические вопросы формирования государственной гражданской службы, взаимосвязи понятий. Особое место уделено рассмотрению законодательства некоторых зарубежных стран. При исследовании государственной гражданской службы автор учитывает также сложившуюся зарубежную практику и подходы зарубежных стран к ее правовому регулированию. Сравнительно-правовой анализ позволяет определить как положительные, так и отрицательные черты национального правового регулирования общественных отношений, складывающихся в рамках прохождения государственной гражданской службы.
