The paper deals with description of new types of Shakespeare dictionaries, which appeared within English lexicographic scene in the XXI c. under the influence of changing of the scientific lexicographic paradigm as well as digitalization of modern lexicography. Dictionary analysis is carried out in the new way – dictionary reviewing with special reference to the evaluation of their format, volume, addressee, sources and dictionary architecture: their mega-, macro- and microstructure. The article describes new types of printed and digital projects of Shakespeare encyclopedic dictionaries: thematic encyclopedias (dances and animals from the playwright’s works), dictionaries of quotations (with horses' names) and onomasticons, registrating and describing antroponyms (girls’ and boys’ names, etc.) from Shakespeare works. Special accent is made on the innovative methods of lexicographic treatment of key words, introduction into microstructure graphic markers (photos, drawings, illustrating key words). Special accent is made on description of headwords and technical methods of their presentation: activated references, opening hypertext, which provide additional information about key words in the dictionary microstructure. In conclusion the author presents thoughts about perspective of Shakespeare lexicography development in the digital time.
