Comparison of grammatical propositional governance in russian and persian languages

The forthcoming article based on adaptive comparative methods examines grammatical prepositional governance in Russian and Persian. In addition, for a better understanding of governance in Persian, based on established rules of grammatical governance in Russian, tries to confirm the existence of governance, its aspects as strong and weak, direct or indirect, which are the grammatical features of the Russian language and the ways of its expression in Persian. To achieve this goal, the Russian language is used as a template. The objectives of this study are to confirm the fact of the presence of governance in the Persian language, to reveal the proximity of governance in different aspects and to compare the prepositional governance in two languages as a commonly used way of expressing governance in two languages. The novelty of this work lies in the confirmation and consideration of the presence and aspects of governance in Persian and the comparison of prepositional governance in Russian and Persian as a massive way of expressing governance in both languages. This study facilitates students Persian and Russian languages, who unaware of the presence of governance in Persian, face problems in full-fledged high-quality language learning. As imagined, finding equivalents of grammatical meanings and ways of expressing them in the native language is very effective for learning a foreign language. In the results, conclusions will be drawn about the fact of the presence of governance in the Persian language, the existence of such aspects as direct and indirect, weak and strong governance and some similarities in the application of prepositional governance by comparing with Russian language.
