Application option engineering to estimation of cost of agricultural lands

Abstract

In the article use of a technique of estimation of real options as alternative to a normative method for definition of the sum of rent payment is considered at use of the area under sunflower and sugar beet on an example of Anninskiy district of the Voronezh region.
