Actual assessment methods of personnel competitiveness

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «competitiveness of personnel» as one of the most important components of success of the organization, defines the requirements and purposes of creating a system of personnel evaluation and also evaluation stages of the competitiveness of the staff. Methods of business performance appraisal are systematized and most actual of them are considered.
