Software development for modelingand optimization of composite electrochemical coatings indicators

The problem of searching the optimal conditions for electrolysis to improve the performance of composite electrochemical coatings is considered in the article. Algorithms for constructing an experimental model and its optimization are proposed to solve this problem. Database model is designed to store information on the problem being solved. The authors have developed software for the implementation of modeling and optimization of composite electrochemical coatings. The interface is demonstrated and the main features are described for the software. The search results for Pareto optimal electrolysis conditions (current density and electrolyte acidity) are given to improve the microhardness and adhesion of the composite electrochemical coating on the example of Ni – MoS2.
