Abstract

The article sets and investigates the task of building and implementation an university student individual educational trajectory. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to match the competencies of university graduates to the labor market requirements. Also an important aspect of the study relevance of is a educational process digital transformation with the support of intelligent data processing, including the construction of supporting processes digital twins. Which confirms the compliance of this approach with the requirements of the development program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation». The scientific novelty lies in a qualitatively new approach to the digital educational content models technologization and educational subjects activity through digital twins of the educator and the learner development interaction processes. Based on the educational content structural model, the technology of its semantic markup has been developed in accordance with the correspondence of its components to the needs of the labor market and the student characteristics. The concepts analyzing the semantic proximity of components and constructing trajectory model with optimal structure. The structure of the integral model of the individual educational trajectory formation an as a set of interrelated academic units correlated with the professional and personal characteristics of the student is substantiated. At the same time, the most important aspect of optimization is stated to take into account the human factor significant influence. It is implied that an individual approach to education should best reveal the student character and form his professionalism closest to required at the labor market. The proposed model of building an individual educational trajectory in its mass application will significantly increase education quality and digital maturity of an educational organization due to the digital transformation of the main educational processes and the educational activity subjects digital competencies development.
