Abstract

The paper proposes models for assessing the status of graduates at the stage of their selection for a job. When developing a mathematical model to determine the compliance of a graduate of a higher education institution with the vacancy of an organization, the authors propose an integrated approach that takes into account the criteria estimates of each of the indicators of the graduate’s potential and the real mechanism of compensating for the lack of one indicator by a significant excess of the threshold level of another.
