Abstract

The article proposes a multi-criteria model of assigning jobs to volunteers in a voluntary network, which takes into account the uncertainty factor in determining the time for performance of work. The solution of the planning task is carried out with the help of a genetic algorithm. It allows to take into account dynamic changes in the computing environment and react to them promptly.
