Abstract

The article deals with the problems of operational management of road safety on motorway, taking into account the individual factors of the «Driver–Car–Road–Environment» system (DCRE system). The method of operational management of traffic safety based on the theory of active systems is proposed. A two-level management model is developed, containing existing active elements and reflecting their relationship with the Center. The control algorithm which can be realized in the conditions of Altai Krai on the basis of incorporated on duty dispatching service is presented.
